JUDY WEBER, 76, of 922 Ninth Avenue, Fulton, IL, died Wednesday, June 1, 2005, peacefully at home after a courageous battle with cancer.
Judy was born October 16, 1928, in Atlantic, IA, to Otis and Grace (Shaw) Dasher. She was educated in the rural Cass County, IA grade schools and was a graduate of Atlantic High School in Atlantic, IA. Judy married Dale H. Weber on May 11, 1954 in Elliott, IA. She was a full-time mother, then worked as a secretary in the University of Iowa Hospital's surgical unit. Judy was also employed by the University of Iowa Physics Dept. in the construction of satellite circuitry. She established three separate real estate offices in the Clinton, IA area and was a well known area realtor. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Clinton, member of the Cass County, IA 4-H, member of the Clinton Rotary Club, member of the Agatha Hospital Auxiliary, and recipient of the "Women of Action" award of the Clinton YWCA. She served on the board of directors for US Bank and the YWCA, both in Clinton. Her personal motto was "I Have Faith in Myself and I Intend to Make the Best of Each Day."
Survivors include her husband, Dr. Dale Weber; four daughters, Linda (Mrs. Roger) Johnson of Albany, IL, Cynthia Smith of Roseville, CA, Lori (Mrs. Steve "Lynn") Lofquist of Clinton, and Sharon Weber of Laramie, WY; one son, Dan (Margo) Weber of Fulton, IL; seven grandchildren, Amber Bush, Wesley and Jesse Johnson, Erin and Erica Smith, Alec Lofquist and Bobbie Jo Waddell; three sisters, Ellen (Mrs. Glen) Olsen and Nancy both of Atlantic, IA, and Jane Cook of Westport, WA; one brother, Dennis Dasher of Corning, IA.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.
CELEBRATION OF LIFE: 10:30 a.m. Monday, June 6, 2005 at First United Methodist Church – Clinton, IA
For those who are unable to attend the service, please join the family, following the service, in the fireside room of the First United Methodist Church for a lunch reception.

VISITATION: No Visitation – The Fulton Chapel of the Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements
