Marian Hoadley, who was known as "Sukie", from Ashtabula, Ohio, died after a short illness Friday, February 6, 2009 at St. Vincent Health Center, Erie, Pa. Marian was born on September 13, 1959 in Erie, Pa. the daughter of Fern (Payne) Jarvinen and the late James Breedon. Sukie enjoyed working at home, and she had worked for some time at the Inn Conneaut Nursing Home in Conneaut, Ohio. Sukie didn't have children of her own, but she had a deep love for all children and she was super to all the neighbors she lived around. Sukie was known for the Cockatiel birds that she raised and she enjoyed needlepoint, cooking and baking. Besides her father, Sukie was preceded in death by three brothers; Henry Dart, Lawrence Lee, and Charles M. Breedon; also by her step-father, Vern Jarvinen and her adopted father, Edward Dart. Sukie is survived by her husband of four years, Robert Hoadley and a nephew, Harley Harden, whom she raised as her own son from Erie, Pa. She is also survived by a step-son, Robert Brian Hoadley and his wife, Tonya and a step-daughter, Jessica Marie Collins and her husband, Scott both of Mississippi; a brother, Jim M. Breedon of Conneaut, Ohio and a step-grandson, Jory Bragg and three great-grandchildren.
Cremated, Ashes given to family or friend.
