Fay Worthen Darger passed away June 24, 2000, after a courageous struggle with Guillian-Barre Syndrome.
Fay was born in Panguitch, UT, June 25, 1919, daughter of Samuel A. and Alice Cameron Worthen. She married Eugene Darger, Nov. 17, 1937, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
She was a very devoted wife, sister, and aunt, and will be remembered by countless others for her generosity, wit and wisdom. She along with her sister Beth owned Personalized Tax and Accounting Service. She was a cherished friend to many. Fay was an active member of the LDS Church; she served in many capacities, including a leadership mission with her husband.
Survived by her loving husband, Gene; her devoted sister, Beth; and brothers, Vee and Keith Worthen. Preceded in death by her parents, and siblings Arthur C., Douglas C., Vera Worthen.
"WE LOVED HER WITH ALL OUR HEARTS AND THE VOID WE FEEL CANNOT BE EXPRESSED." Services, 12 noon, Tues., June 27th, Colonial Hills 1st Ward chapel, 1455 S. 1700 E., where friends and family may call 10:45-11:45 a.m. prior to the services. Interment, Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
