Irene Bibler, 90, a resident of Russellville, passed away Wednesday, June 7, 2006, at Saint Mary┬'s Regional Medical Center.
She was born September 8, 1915, at Scottsville to James Madison and Eula Belle Hale Danley. She was a member of the Second Baptist Church in Russellville and was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ewing Bibler; four brothers, Cletus, Kirby, Hale, and Shannon Danley.
Survivors include a daughter, Peggy Hawkins of Russellville; a grandson and granddaughter-in-law, John Ben and Dee Hawkins of Russellville; two great grandchildren, Anna Marissa and Matthew Hawkins; a step-great granddaughter, Lindsey Cantwell; and two step-great great grandchildren, Sam and Hannah Lackey.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 13, 2006, at Second Baptist Church with the Rev. Jeff Cheatham and the Rev. David Bond officiating. Burial will be in the Rest Haven Memorial Park under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service.
Active pallbearers will be Jerry Dean, Rickey George, Brent Boland, Danny Barnhouse, Jeremy Hale Partin and David Michael Bibler. Honorary pallbearers will be the Rev. David McLemore, Dr. Kevin Beavers and Dr. Kenneth New.
Visitation will be from 6 ┬ľ 7 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
