Mrs. Lottie Pinkston Daniel, 88, of Jacksonville, died at 3:30 a.m. Saturday at her home after an extended illness.
Funeral was to be at 9:30 a.m. Monday in the Hillcrest Mausoleum Chapel in Dallas with the Rev. Lynn Stephens officiating. Burial was to be in Hillcrest Mausoleum. Thompson Funeral home was in charge of arrangements.
A native of Rusk County, Mrs. Daniel had lived in Jacksonville 40 years and was a Methodist.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Laudyal Gannaway, Jacksonville; one sister, Mrs. B M Hastings, Houston; two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Honorary pallbearers were Benton Daniel, Bo Emerson, Maurice Holcomb, C D Acker, Burns Tilton, Gordon Hugghins, and W G Newton.
