MRS. MARY DANIEL
PASSES IN WINDER

Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Daniel passed away at the home of her son, Clarence Daniel, in Winder, Sunday night after an illness of several weeks.

A native of Walton county, Mrs. Daniel spent most of her life at Campton, where she was widely beloved and esteemed. She moved to Winder only recently. She was 69 years old at the time of her death. Her parents are the late J. T. Wiggins and Sarah Thornton Wiggins.

A consecrated member of Center Hill Baptist church, Mrs. Daniel was a gracious christian woman and her useful life was an inspiration to the community where she resided.

Impressive funeral services were held from Campton Methodist church Tuesday morning, conducted by Rev. J. S. Hill and Rev. E. A. Caldwell. Interment was in Campton cemetery, the E. L. Almand Company in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include two sons, James Clarence Daniel, of Winder, and Homer Daniel of Campton; three grandchildren, Melba, Lucile and Hazel Daniel.
