YOUNG MAN DEAD, JAMES LOUIS DANIELS.

James Louis Daniels, Jr. was born at Edson, Kansas November 27, 1905, and departed this life June 11, 1925, aged 19 years, 6 months and 15 days.

He leaves to mourn his untimely death, a father and mother, seven brothers, Roy, Fred, Glenn, Russell, Paul, Charles and Lowell; four sisters, Mrs. Geo Claycomb, Vera, Twila and Verda, other relatives and many friends.

He attended high school at Lawrence, Kansas in 1923 and at Weimer, Texas in 1924 and 1925. His sunny disposition brightened the lives of all he came in contact with. He was an obedient son who never once uttered a cross word to his parents. His generosity and sympathy flowed freely and won him many friends. His last days seemed to demonstrate that he knew that he was soon to leave this world and he passed calmly out to be with Jesus.

The body was brought to Goodland where services were conducted at the M. E. church at 2:00 p.m. Saturday by Dr. J. L. Brosher, president of John Fletcher college, Oskaloose, Iowa, and burial was made in the Goodland cemetery.
