JOSEPHINE BAISDEN, 75, of Huntington, widow of Ott Baisden, passed away Friday, Dec. 19, 2003, in St. Mary's Medical Center. She was a homemaker. She was born on July 13, 1928, in Breeden, W.Va., a daughter of the late Birdie and Bertha Vance Damron.

She is survived by
her daughters, Shirley Ann Holbrook, Eliza Jane Marcum and Edna Mae Alcott;
five sons, Lee Roy Baisden, James Arthur Baisden, Carlos Ray Baisden, Donald Lean Baisden and Robert E. Baisden; one brother, Samuel Damron;
one sister, Matilda Collins;
11 grandchildren;
15 great-grandchildren.

Funeral service was at the Reger Funeral Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Rudolph Thompson; Burial was in Spring Valley Memory Garden.
