Adolphus W. "Bo" Dalton, age 84, of Poland, IN, formerly of Indianapolis, passed away Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at his home.

He was born December 11, 1928 in Halifax, VA to Jesse James and Bessie Ann (Talbott) Dalton.

He was a World War II Army Veteran, serving in Occupied Japan. Bo retired from Hittle Machine and Tool Company. He was a 50 year member of the Masonic Lodge in Englewood, a member of Friendly Open Bible Church in Clay City, a member of the Scottish Rite, VFW and American Legion all in Indianapolis.

Bo is survived by long time companion, Patricia Flowers; children, Randy (Donna) Dalton, Ronnie Dalton, Darlene (Gerald) Lamb and Tammy (Mike) Grimes; 11 grandchildren; 10 great granddaughters; one great-great-granddaughter; stepchildren, Debbie (Harold) Wills, Patty (Tim) Glover, Chuck Flowers, Roy (Debbie) Flowers, Chris (Kristy) Flowers; 11 step grandchildren; 15 step great grandchildren; brother, Willard (Irma) Dalton; sister, Nora (Luther) Gammon; sister- in-law, Eula Dalton and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Laura Dalton in 1985; brothers, Robert, James, Elvin, Lacy and sisters, Nellie Prevette, Katie Via and Vernon Via.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 9, 2013 at West & Parrish & Pedigo Funeral Home in Spencer. Pastor Bruce McDaniel will officiate.

Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday in the funeral home. Masonic services will be held at 7 p.m. on Friday.

Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m. in Washington Park East.
