He was the husband of Sophia Frances ("Fannie") Chessor, and the father of Brown and Regeon Dailey, both of whom are buried in Leeper Cemetery in Perry Co., TN..
Bud is buried next to his sister Mary Etta Dailey's husband, John D. Harper. Mary Etta Dailey Harper (Oct. 26, 1876-June 4, 1911) is buried in Dailey Cemetery.
