Mr. Dahl died in a Houston hospital Sunday after a long illness. He was born in South Dakota on Jan. 10, 1903. A former resident of Houston, he had lived in Lufkin for 3 years. He was a retired accountant for American Express Company, a veteran of World War II with 19 years of service and a member of the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church.
Survivors include 2 daughters, Mrs. Lewis Wood and Mrs. Charles B. Hughes, both of Houston; 3 brothers and sisters; 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
