Mr. Dahl was born July 7, 1923 in Oak Park, Illinois having lived in Wake Village for the past twenty-seven years moving from Broadview, Illinois.
He was a retired electrician and a member of the First Lutheran Church in Texarkana, Texas, a member of the V. F. W., the American Legion in Broadview, Illinois and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers in Chicago, Illinois Local 134.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Dahl and one brother, Richard Dahl.
He is survived by one son, James; one brother; one granddaughter; one grandson; and a number of other relatives.
