Dafoe to Grow Potatoes on Large Scale—Malick Farm Being Made Ready The biggest field of potatoes to be grown in Portage county this season will soon be planted on the Malick farm in Linwood by A. E. Dafoe, who now controls this property. Mr. Dafoe has sufficient seed to cover 100 acres and expects to use all of it. He has made a thorough test of the land on this big farm and believes that much of it is especially adapted for potato raising- As Mr. Dafoe has the reputation of accomplishing big things, he is certain to succeed in this new undertaking.
