In East Haven Nov. 18, 1999 Antoinette Cappella, 81, died. Wife of the late Nicholas Donn Cappella of 28 Marie Drive. Mother of Mrs. Angelo (Donna) Chieppo of East Haven and the late Donn Cappella; sister of Mrs. John (Helen) Nigro and Janet Geraci, both of East Haven, Rachel Defillippo of Brooklyn, NY and the late Gus D'Andrea; grandmother of Frank Higgins, Kristine Rice, Melissa Martinez, all of New Haven, Donn Cappella of Bethlehem, and Lisa Calero of NJ; also survived by 4 great grandchildren. She was born in Brooklyn on Oct. 21, 1918, daughter of the late William and Mary D'Andrea. Funeral services at the EAST HAVEN MEMORIAL, 425 Main St. Monday morning at 10:30. Burial to follow in East Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call Sunday from 4 to 8 p.m.
