After Angela's death in 1919 he became involved with Maria Rosa Lancellotti and soon the family grew to include her four daughters: Rose, Angelina, Antoinette, and Josephine. The family moved to 138 1/2 Broadway sometime during the very early 1920s. Maria Rosa died in 1939. He would marry his last wife Mary sometime later and they would remain together until his death in 1972.
He was a retired railroad inspector who also ran a small knife and tool sharpening business out of his home. In many of the old photos you could see the old sign he attached to the front of his house; a sign I remember seeing into the 1970s.
