Young Choteau Matron Dies After Three Week Illness
Monday night at the Choteau hospital occurred the death of Mrs. L.J. Curtis, after an illness of three week's duration. She was 27 years old.
Ethel Curtis was born in Missouri and was married eleven years ago in Canda. Three years ago Mr. and Mrs. Curtis came to Choteau with their children from California.
Sue is survived by her husband, two children, Velma, aged 10 and Stanley, aged 7; three sisters, Mrs. Lila Arnone, of San Jose, Calif.; Mrs. Lizzie Latham of Hanford, Calif.; and Mrs. Clara Ryan, of Oilton, Oklahoma; and her father who makes his home in Kentucky.
The funeral was held Wednesday from the Methodist church. Burial was made in Choteau cemetery.
