Funeral for Kate F. Curtis, 55, of Hartselle will be Thursday, July 9 at 1:30 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. L. Dale Butler officiating.

Burial will be in Burningtree Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Curtis died Monday, July 6, 1998 at her residence. She was a native of Jefferson County.

She is survived by her husband, John T. Curtis of Hartselle; three daughters, Valerie Curtis of Jacksonville, Fla., Kimberly Curtis Jinks of Decatur and Stephanie Curtis Epps of Gadsden; and four grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Chuck Berry, Pete Holtzsclaw, Dwight Lawson, Lawrence Johnston, Eldred Sims, Charles Beasley, Andy Ellis and Larry Noble.

Funeral services for Kate Curtis, age 55, of Hartselle, Alabama will be Thursday, July 9th at 1:30 P.M. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dale Butler as minister.

Burial will be in the Burningtree Memorial Gardens near Decatur, Alabama.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 P.M. Wednesday night at the funeral home.

Mrs. Curtis died July 6th, 1998 at her residence. She was born March 14, 1943 in Jefferson County, Alabama to James Burrell Gamble and Vesta Hubbard Gamble. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by: her husband, John T. Curtis of Hartselle, Ala.; daughters, Valerine Curtis of Jacksonville, Fla., Kimberly Curtis Jings of Decatur, Ala., and Stephanie Curtis Epps of Gadsden, Ala.; four grandchildren. Peck Funeral Home directing.
