Kathy I. Kukuk, 54, of Enid, Oklahoma, formerly of Perry, Oklahoma was the daughter of Woodrow Lewyn and Kathrine (Wyant) Curtis.

She was born on May 20, 1957 in Pawnee, Oklahoma and died Sunday, November 20, 2011 at St. Mary's Hospital, Enid, Oklahoma.

Kathy graduated from high school and married Harold Dean Kukuk on April 12, 1991 in Wheeler, Texas.

She became certified as an Herbal Practitioner in 2011, but had been working as a certified Herbalist for over three years prior to that.

Kathy was a member of the American Herbalist Guild. You could always find her out on the internet under the names "Winter Fire" or "Soul Survivor".

Surfing the internet was always a passion of hers and allowed her to meet new people and make new friends.

She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at the Brown-Dugger Funeral Home Chapel in Perry, Oklahoma. Pastor Kenna Boyer will officiate.

Interment will be at Grace Hill Cemetery in Perry, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home of Perry, Oklahoma.

Kathy is survived by her husband Harold D. Kukuk of Enid, Oklahoma; four sons, Gary L. Frank of Waukegan, Illinois, David E. Green of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Rick Snyder of Burleson, Texas and Josh D. McKenzie of Stillwater, Oklahoma; one daughter, Ashley M. Levick of Enid, Oklahoma; father, W.L. "Woody" Curtis of Perry, Oklahoma; two brothers, Allen Curtis of Enid, Oklahoma and Daryl Curtis of Port Angeles, Washington; twelve grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her mother Katherine Curtis and both her maternal and paternal grandparents.
