Mrs. Edith Mary Boston, 80, who lived west of Marquette in the Langley community died Thursday, 20 October 1966 at Asbury Hospital in Salina after an illness of several weeks. She was born 12 February 1886 at Carnerio, Kansas daughter of Ernest and Florence Cunningham. She was married 21 June 1905 to Samuel Martin Boston, at Langley, and he died 20 July 1966. She was a member of the Methodist Church.
Survivors include one son; Paul Martin Boston Salina; four sisters, Psyche Andrews, Marquette; Anna Thacker, Sheridan, Wyo; Clara Hedges Covena Calif.; and one in South Dakota but the name was not available; two grandchildren and one great grandchild. Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at 2 p.m. at the Methodist Church with Rev. Duane Harms officiating. Burial was at the Langley cemetery.
