Dave Cunningham, age 78, passed away January 24, 2011.
He was a Veteran of the US Army. He retired from the US Steel Mill. He loved sports and fishing.
Preceded in death by parents, Isiha and Ardell Cunningham, one sister Mae Emma Sullivan.
He leaves to cherish his memory loving and devoted wife of 37 years Anna Mae Cunningham, one son David Cunningham Jr. of Chicago, IL, two daughters, Tracy Cunningham of Chicago, IL and Rena C. Porter of Little Rock, Ark. 2 grandchildren Deandre Mcgowan and Kenny D. Cunningham, one sister Jean Johnson of West Memphis, TN, one brother T.C. (Dorothy) Cunningham of Chicago, IL. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Visitation and funeral service will be Monday, January 31, 2011. Visitation will begin from 9:00a.m. - 11:00a.m. immediately following services at 11:00a.m. at Israel C.M.E. Church, 2301 Washington Street, Gary, Indiana Officiating Rev. Dr. Essie Clark-George.
Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood,IL
