Lois A Watkins-Crowe,83, of Evansville, went home to glory on Wednesday, March 11, at her home. Lois was a devoted mother and homemaker. She had been a pianist in her younger years before devoting herself to her family.
Lois loved the Lord and was a member of Liberty Missionary Baptist Church. She was also a member of the Goosetown Neighborhood Association.
Lois was a joy to be around and a delight to her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert Watkins and Henrietta Morris-Watkins, and son, Eugene Crowe. She will be greatly missed.
Lois leaves to cherish many fond memories her children, Hugh Crowe JR (Vida), Edward Crowe, Bobby Crowe (Larissa), Frederick Crowe and Lolita Johnson (Samuel); two devoted daughters-in-law, Pearl and Jessica. 18 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews family and friends.
Funeral service will be Monday 11 a.m. at Liberty Missionary Baptist Church, and visitation will be 9 a.m. to service time Monday at the church
