Elzy Margaret Crow Coulter
(December 29, 1915 - February 18, 2011)
Danville - Margaret "Nennie" Crow Coulter,
95, of Danville, passed away Friday Feb. 18, 2011 at home. Born Dec. 29, 1915 in Mitchellsburg, she was the daughter of the late J.D. And Mattie Flora Chambers Crow. She was retired from Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church where she enjoyed teaching in the elementary school tutoring program. She received her GED at the age of 50. She was the wife of the late James William Coulter, Jr. And was also preceded in death by 2 grandsons: Ray Lee and Mark Brown, 1 granddaughter: Sandy Coulter 2 sisters: Flossie Terhune and Viola Pittman and 2 brothers: Edgar and Clarence.
Survivors include 2 sons: Rolan (Joanne) Coulter of Parksville and Ernie (Norma) Coulter of Danville; 2 daughters: Patsy (Lloyd) Brown of Louisville and Janet Fralix of Danville; 1 sister: Lois Randolph of Perryville; 14 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 16 great-great grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 AM Monday at New Hope Baptist Church in Moreland by Bro. David Fralix. Burial will be in Parksville Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons.
Visitation will be 5-8 on Sunday at the church.
Memorial Contributions can be made to Heritage Hospice.
W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
