Roscoe Crouch, 79, of Route 1, Hector, died Saturday (Oct. 6, 1979).

He was a retired farmer, son of the late William and Margaret McGhee Crouch, a former employee of the U.S. Forest Service and was a member of the Free Will Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Arizona Clinkenbeard Crouch; a daughter, Mrs. Belle Allen of Crossett; three brothers, Arthur, J.C. and Willis Crouch of Hamburg; two sisters, Mrs. Lillie Curran of Monticello and Mrs. Oweda Miller of Crossett, and three grandchildren.

Funeral service was Tuesday afternoon at Welcome Home Free Will Baptist Church by Rev. A. E. (Bo) Coffman and Rev. Holly Crouch. Burial was in Walnut Grove Cemetery by Humphrey Funeral Service.

Pallbearers were Troy Coffman, Jimmy Condley, Mack Cook, Kenneth Cook, Verlin Taylor and Carrol Hanna.
