Ruth Boardman was the daughter of Alice and George Crosson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Thomas V. Boardman, her brothers, Forrest and Waldo a son, O.R. Brancel and a great-granddaughter, Victoria Gassner.

She is survived by daughters, Leta (David) Gassner, Holly Bell, Beth (Rich) Ballard and Yvonne Brancel. sons Monte (Melody) and Mark Boardman, and Howard Brancel, brother, William (Ruth,; sisters-in-law, Betty Zoe and Frances; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
