She was the daughter of Dwight and Eusebia S. ( Williams) Tuxbury.
She attended school in Windsor and was graduated from Windsor High School in 1889.
She married George Burns Cross June 20, 1901 in Windsor, Vermont.
Mrs. Cross was a member of the Old Constitution House Society and an active member of St. Paul's Episcopal church in Windsor.
She is survived by an aunt, Mrs. Blanche Buntin of Ardmore, PA; and four cousins; Mrs. Francis J. Butterworth of New Wales, PA, Mrs. Emile Gauguain of Ardmore, Dr. Donald Macomber of Brunswick, ME, and Miss Dorothea Macomber of New York City.
Funeral services were held at St. Paul's with the Rev. Robert Riemenschnieder officiating.
Cremation will follow at Mount Auburn Crematory in Cambridge, MA. Knight Funeral Home
