Janice A. Adams, age 80, of Dallas, Texas passed away Thursday, February 21, 2013, at Baylor Regional of Plano.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 23, 2013, at Aulds Funeral Home with Roger Deerinwater, Pastor of the First Baptist Church of Archer City, officiating. Interment will follow in the Archer City Cemetery under the direction of Aulds Funeral Home.

Janice was born June 9, 1932 in Archer City, Texas to Luther Nathaniel Cross and Ila McCaslin Cross.

She and Carl Weldon Adams were married November 27, 1948 in Breckenridge, Texas.

She was a homemaker throughout her life.

Survivors include her husband, Carl Weldon Adams of Dallas; one daughter, Jana Pink and husband, Marlon in Dallas; three grandchildren, Jordan Adam Pink, Rachel Sara Pink, and Zachary Eban Pink; one brother, Bill Cross of Graham, Texas; one sister, Iona McCarthy of Gainesville, Texas; brother-in-law, James Adams of Archer City; two sisters-in-law, Pat Adams of Archer City and Ina Tabor of Hurst; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was proceeded in death by one son, Weldon Joe Adams on June 22, 2003 and one grandson, Alex Leon Pink on Sept. 20, 1989.
