Alleen Pickett age 77 of Pangburn, Arkansas, formerly of North Little Rock, died Friday, June 8, 2007 in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

She was born Wednesday, September 11, 1929 in Pangburn to Kenneth Crook and Eva (Henderson) Crook. She was a member of the Pangburn United Methodist Church and former member of the Levy United Methodist Church in North Little Rock.

She is survived by two sons, Pat Pickett and wife Pam of Springdale, Phil Pickett and wife Lynda Majors of Blacksburg, Virginia; three grandchildren, Beth Pickett of Springdale, Luke Pickett and Matthew Pickett of Blacksburg; one brother-in-law, Ed Douglass of Plainview, Texas; and one sister-in-law, Jean Cox and husband Myran of North Little Rock. She is preceded in death by her husband, Elvin Pickett.

Visitation is Sunday, June 10, 2007 from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home in Searcy. Funeral services will be Monday, June 11, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Henderson Cemetery at Pangburn.

Memorials may be made to Henderson Cemetery.
