Julia Mae Crone Bolling, 90, of Richmond, died Monday, July 5, 2010, at Sunrise Assisted Living of Richmond. Born on July 28, 1919, to the late Howard M. Crone and Mae Andersen Crone, she was the youngest of five children. She was predeceased by the love of her life, Russell A. "Legs" Bolling. Also preceding Julia were her sister, Elizabeth Crone Pitts; and her brothers, George O. Crone, Howard M. Crone and John Frank Crone.

Julia was employed by Miller & Rhoads in Richmond from her teen years until she was into her 70s at which time she reluctantly retired as Senior Purchasing Agent as the doors closed for the last time. Julia is survived by a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, as well as four great-great-nieces and a nephew, family and friends.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday (today), July 7, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at Bliley's - Central, 3801 Augusta Ave., where a Christian Service will be held Thursday at 12 noon. Interment to follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.

The family would like to express sincere appreciation to Hospice of Richmond for their care and support, for being there for Julia Mae and the family members who were at her side as she started and finished her journey.
