Clifton Crocker, 75, of Edmond, OK, passed away March 25, 2009. Clifton was born on January 22, 1934 to Ernest and Vina Crocker in Mulberry, Arkansas. He enjoyed working with wood, taking vacations, and especially loved the ocean. Clifton was a member of the U.S. Marine Corp., and worked as a military police officer for many years. He was a member of the VFW and American Legion and attended the New Covenant United Methodist Church. Clifton was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Lillian Crocker 1 sister-in-law, Janis Ireland and husband Jack 1 brother-in-law, Lonnie Shipley and wife 2 sisters, Virginia Constantine and husband Harold, and Barbara Goines 2 sons, Wayne Crocker and wife Cindy, and Steve Crocker 1 daughter, Judy Nelson and husband Richard grandchildren, Ashley Demars and husband Edd and Tyler Nelson and 1 great-grandchild, Ruby Demars as well as several nieces and nephews. Services will be held at Hahn-Cook/Street & Draper Chapel on Monday, March 30, 2009 at 2:00 PM. Burial will follow services at Memorial Park Cemetery.
