Marlene K. Cocchi, 75, former longtime Lancaster resident, died Friday morning February 21, 2014 at the St. Johnsbury Health and Rehabilitation Center. She has been a resident there for approximately 10 years.

Marlene was born in Charlestown, MA on May 6, 1938 the daughter of Milan F. and Marian (Fitchette) Creaser.

She was raised in Massachusetts but resided most of her life in Lancaster. Marlene had many interests including country music and scouting weekend yard sales. She collected many types of knick knacks including her favorites, little pigs.

Marlene enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her great-grandchildren. She was also an animal lover and her favorite companions where her cats Sparky and Tammy.

Family members include her daughter and son-in-law Brenda J. Pineo and Harold of Littleton; a sister Barbara A. McGee of Pepperell, MA; a granddaughter Shaina A. Tiews of Littleton; a grandson Michael E. LaBonte of Littleton; two step-grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Her parents predeceased her.
