Funeral services for Mrs. Ada Catherine Cravatt of Sulphur will be Thursday, Dec. 23, at Sandy Baptist Church. Rev. Jack Vines and Rev. Willie Brown will officiate. Burial will be in Sandy Cemetery. Clagg Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Cravatt died Sunday, Dec. 19, at Ada. She was burn June 15, 1912, in Sulphur and lived all of her life in the Mill Creek and Sulphur areas. She was a member of Sandy Baptist Church. She was the widow of Henderson Cravat who died Dec. 17, 1980.
Survivors are five daughters, Lucille Loman of Oklahoma City, Marilyn Lewis of Mill Creek, and Norma Tankersley, Shirley Lewis and Judy Poolaw, all of Sulphur; seven sons, Gene of Shawnee, David of Leon, Jerry of Williamsburg, VA; Thomas of Dallas, TX; and Larry, Timothy and Norman, all of Sulphur; two sisters, two brothers, 41 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
