MABEL JAY CRANE
Mrs Mabel Jay Crane, widow of the late George E Crane, of South Harbor Road, Southold and formerly of Richmond Hill and Bethpage LI, died on February 27th, 1967. She was born in New Brunswick NJ on November 8, 1885, the daughter of Frank and Mary Horton.
Mrs Crane is survived by a daughter Mrs Mabel L Flickenschild; two sons George H and Robert E Crane. Four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren also survive her.
Funeral services were held on Thursday March 2nd at the DeFriest Funeral Home in Southold at 8 PM with Rev Arthur Bryant, pastor of St Peter's Lutheran Church, officiating. Interment will be in Willow Hill Cemetery on Friday, March 3rd.
