SERVICES HELD SATURDAY FOR MRS. FRED CRANDALL
Funeral services were held at 10:30 Saturday morning in United Methodist Church for Mrs. Fred (Nancy Attie Jane) Crandall, 78. Officiating minister was Rev. Jack Callaway. Burial was in Bean cemetery following Eastern Star service.
Mrs. Crandall was born August 30, 1894 in Greenville, Tennessee and came to Little River with her parents at the age of seven. She was married to Fred L. Crandall on September 29, 1923.
She suffered a stroke in 1965 and had been in ill health since that time. She passed away in Lyons District hospital at 11:45 p.m. Wednesday, December 6.
She was a member of the Little River Methodist Church, the W. S. C. S. and Corner Stone Chapter No. 310, O. E. S.
Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Charles (Theda) Crispin of Williams, Arizona and Mrs. Karl (Mary Frances) Otto of Lyons, four sons, James of Madison, Gerald of Riverside, California, Wilbur of Chase and Larry of Sylmar, California; two sisters, Mrs. Carl Holmstedt of Salem, Oregon and Mrs. Ethel Bush of Hutchinson; 21 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
