Albert was married to Elizabeth Huff. They had two children, Irma Evelyn Crandall Sanna & Elvera E. Crandall Cole. He was the grandfather of Theodore Cole & Crandall Sanna. Elizabeth Huff Crandall's 2nd husband was Theodore Wuest. Albert was a circus performer.

"Albert Crandall, who is connected with a circus and is visiting relatives of his wife, was stricken with paralysis at East Third and Main streets, yesterday morning, and for a time he was in serious condition. Mrs. Crandall was formerly Miss Huff."

"Albert A. Crandall, died yesterday at his home, 1736 East Spring street, of paralysis of the brain, after a brief illness. He was thirty-five years old and is survived by his widow and two small children. For several years he held a position with the Forepaugh & Sells Brothers circus and was a member of the Elks Lodge at Oklahoma City."

"The funeral of Albert A. Crandall took place yesterday morning from his home, 1736 East Spring street, under the direction of New Albany Lodge of Elks. Mr. Crandall having been a member of the lodge at Oklahoma City. The services were conducted by the Rev. Edmund A. Neville, rector of St. Paul's, and the burial was in Fairview."
