IN MEMORY OF LAWRENCE G. CRANDALL
LAWRENCE GILLMORE CRANDALL, son of Alva A. and Rhoda Crandall, was born in Kansas City, Kansas, on July 8, 1893, and passed away December 14, 1922, aged 29 years, 5 months and 6 days.
The family moved from the present home to Kansas City, Kansas, in 1890, but returned to it in 1896. So Lawrence spent all his life, excepting the first three years, at the old home place. Through the years he bore his share of the home cares, and enjoyed his share of the family joys and successes. He loved home and was always a dependable son and brother.
Two little brothers have gone before him, Asa, age six years, and Harold, four months old. He leaves behind a sorrowing father and mother; four brothers, Fred, Heber, Paul and Marion; three sisters, Clara, Vera and Beulah; and many relatives and friends.
The funeral services were conducted by Bro. Watts, a former pastor and a brother beloved, in the M. E. Church Sunday, December 17, at 1:30 P. M. The body rests in Bean cemetery.
