Funeral services for Vera Crabb Bailey, 86, were held Sunday afternoon in Jean Baptist Church with Rev. Hubert Foust of Mineral Wells and Rev. David Lawson, pastor, officiating. She died Saturday, August 14.1993. in a local hospital.
Born September 9,1906, in Decatur. she had lived in Olney since 1951.
She and Dennie L. Bailey were married February 24, 1924, in Jean. He preceded her in death in 1943.
She was a homemaker and retired sales clerk and a member of Jean Baptist Church.
She is survived by a son, Tony Bailey of Austin; three daughters, Dorothy
Nicholson of Loving, Peggy Scott of Olney and Romona Thomas of Mineral Wells; one brother, Omar Crabb of Ingram; thirteen grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; and 14 great, great grandchildren
