GREENVIEW - Donna M. Barnett, 81, of Greenview, formerly of Alva, Okla., died Sunday, Jan. 2, 2005, at Sunny Acres in Petersburg.
She was born Jan. 17, 1923, in Alva, Okla., the daughter of Fred L. and Mary Fisher Cox.
She married Loren L. Barnett in 1945 in Wellington, Kan.
Mrs. Barnett attended Alva Community College. She retired from the Illinois Department of Public Aid and worked for the Illinois Department of Revenue.
She was a member of Greenview Christian Church.
Survivors: husband, Loren; son, Dennis (wife, Joyce) Barnett of Springfield; two daughters, Patricia Flicker of Springfield and Linda (husband, Terry) Entwistle of Petersburg; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sister, Nadine Stewart of Freedom, Okla.; and several nieces and nephews.
Services: 10 a.m. Wednesday, Elmwood Cemetery, Greenview, the Rev. Mike Farar officiating.
