She died Monday, Nov. 4, 2002.
She was born Nov. 29, 1923, in Terry County and married Julius Blair on Aug. 18, 1942, in Clovis, N.M. He died June 27, 2000. She moved to the Cone area in 1969 from Ropesville. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church in Cone.
A son, Charles, died July 20, 1983.
Survivors include four sons, Larry Don of Cone, Thomas Lee of Ralls, Harold of Crosbyton and Mark of Stephenville; three daughters, Geraldine LaBombard of and Linda Blair, both of Lubbock, and Becky Landsdown of Crosbyton; two brothers, Frank Cowan of Stephenville and John A. Cowan of Ropesville; three sisters, Viola Williams of Meadow, Opal Russell of Seminole and Charlene Pruitt of Mineral Wells; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
