Wanette – Guy Coulter, 31 years old, who was among the first to go from Wanette to serve in the World war died at the Soldiers hospital at Muskogee. Funeral services were held at Catholic church at Wanette and burial was in Wanette cemetery, with the American Legion in charge. He was the son of R.J. Coulter of Wanette and is survived by his wife and two children.
