Daughter of Paris Flonza Cotton and Anice (Hall) Cotton.

Louise Wilson, 81, of Alton, was born Oct. 20, 1925 in Couch, MO, and died Oct. 27, 2006 at Shepherd's View Residential Care facility. She was united in marriage to John Daniel 'Dan' Wilson Sept. 1, 1946. He preceded her in death.
She was employed for many years at the Alton Western Auto Store.
She attended the Alton United Methodist Church.
Survivors include one son, Alan Wilson and wife Judy of Alton, MO; one brother, Patrick Earl Cotton and wife Justine of Alton, MO; several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents, Paris Cotton and Anice (Hall) Cotton; three sisters, Fern Gum, Opal Gum and Nelma Custer; two brothers, Leamon "Red" Cotton and Roscoe Cotton.
Graveside services were held on Oct. 30 at the Smith Cemetery with Bro. Jason Roberts officiating. The funeral arrangements were made under the direction of the Clary Funeral Home of Alton, MO.
