Elizabeth Victoria Cornett Avery passed away Friday, January 25, 2013. She was 94 years old. Born in Montgomery, AL. The daughter of the late George Henry and Eliza Clements Cornett. Wife of the late Cleve R. Avery, Sr. Preceded in death by her five older brothers Thomas, Leon, Shelton, GW and John Cornett, and her beloved granddaughter Jessica and great-granddaughter Abigail Elizabeth. Left to cherish her memory are her four children: Regenia and her husband Noel Ordoyne, Gerald and his wife Kim Avery, Cleve Rogers Avery, Jr., Larry and his wife Alana Avery. Three grandchildren: Kevin and his wife Bobbie Avery, Emily Regenia Avery, and Anna Elizabeth Avery. Six great-grandchildren: Gabrielle, Victoria, Elizabeth, Kevin, Jr., Brooke and Jenna. At her request interment will be private. The family would like to thank Heritage Manor of Slidell, Dr. Le and Dr. Pernenkil for the kind and loving care they provided our Mother.
