Only one life, 'twill soon be past
Only what's done for Christ will last
Things of this life soon shall all pass away,
But there is coming a judgment day.
Some folks may toll for riches or fame,
But I'd rather labor for His dear name.
Only one life 'twill soon be past;
Only what's done for Christ will last
