He was a member of College Place United Methodist Church and a member of the Senior Citizens Club. Mr. Corley was an accomplished musician.
Mr. Corley was retired from the Columbia Fire Department.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Marie Gentry Corley; three daughters, Mrs. May Watson, Mrs. Jemima McMahon, and Mrs. Edna Hill of Columbia; two sons, Edwin Corley and Clarence David Corley, Jr. of Columbia; two sisters, Mrs. Sarah Fenelson and Mrs. Lois Windham of Lexington; two brothers, St. Pierre Corley of Batesburg and Leon Corley of Columbia; 13 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
Services will be 11 a. m. Saturday in Dunbar Funeral Home, Gervais Street Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Calvin S. Metcalf, with burial in Olympia Cemetery.
