Anthony "Nonie", a resident of Chamita, was predeceased by his father Tony M. Cordova and brother Danny Cordova; maternal grandparents Rojelio and Carmel Lucero and paternal grandparents Mariano and Adelaida Cordova.
Anthony was survived by his children: Leian Cordova Romero, Kimberly, Tony and Daniel Cordova; grandchildren: Madyson and Payton Romero; mother Ursula Cordova and Richard Salazar; sisters Susie Cordova of Chamita and Carmen Garcia of Los Luceros; brothers Floyd Cordova (wife Claudette) of Española and Carl Cordova of Chamita; and numerous other nieces, nephews and friends.
A Rosary was recited on March 6, 2011 at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Ohkay Owingeh. Mass of Christian burial was on March 7, 2011 also at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. Burial followed at the San Pedro Catholic Cemetery in Chamita. Pallbearers: Joshua Cordova, Jose Lopez, Jeremiah Cordova, Tony Cordova, Daniel Cordova and Audrey Sisneros. Honorary pallbearers: Christina Cordova, Jennifer Garcia, Ashley Vigil and Erica Garcia.
