Allisyn Fayth Coots infant daughter of James Robert " Jim Bob" and Brittany Deann Coots of Silsbee died Wednesday April 21, 2010 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont.
Survivors other than parents are grandparents; Angie and John Allen of Saratoga, Danny and Stacy Coots of Silsbee, Glenda and David Chapman of Silsbee, Kenneth Brown of Silsbee. Great-grandparents are, Robert and Marghuerite Storey of Saratoga, Reverend James and Elaine Coots of Batson and numerous aunts, uncles and friends.
A graveside service will be held Sunday April 25, 2010 at 1:00P.M. at Old Hardin cemetery in Kountze with Reverend Douglas White officiating.
