Katherine Eileen Coots Arison, 89, of Lewisport, passed away Tuesday April 30, 2013 at Heartland Villa with her family by her side.
She was born in Morgantown, KY, on March 6, 1924, to the late Veachel and Hallie Bell Lee Coots.
Katherine was a housewife and a member of Kingdom Hall East in Owensboro.
Katherine and her husband Bob owned and operated Bob's Garage in Lewisport for many years.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert "Bob" Arison, a step son, Bobby Arison and a sister Moreen Saunders.
Survivors include three daughters, Fran McIntire of Grandview, Sherry (Tripp) Ramsey of Bowling Green and Karen (Kevin) Weatherholt of Lewisport; a son Don (Saundra) Arison of Lewisport; six grandchildren, Anita Arison, Donnie Arison, Curtis Simpson, Nigel Rice, LaDale Simpson and Zack Arison; many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; 2 step daughters, Sue Graham and Paula Kay Cox both Petersburg, IN.
Services will be private with burial in Serenity Hills.
