She was a faithful member of the South Coeburn United Methodist Church. She was daughter of Conley Kilgore and Nannie Lou Neel Kilgore. Preceded in death by her parents, husband, David W. Cooper; an infant daughter; grandparents who raised her as their own, Charlie and Victoria "Aunt Odzy" Neel; aunts, Laura Pippin and Tiny Rose; uncle, Carl Neel. She is survived by several cousins, nieces, & nephews, many many friends, & one special friend, Dine Mullins, Coeburn.
