Mrs. Cooney was born in County Waterford, Ireland, and is survived by her husband and three children - Mamie, age 7 years, Willie, aged 6 years, and Tommie, aged 2 years, besides three brothers - Maurice, John and Patrick Tobin, and two sisters - Mrs. Patrick Quinn, and Sister Annie in the Ursuline convent. All live near or in this city.
The son to which she gave birth died the same day of its birth.
The funeral will take place from the house at 9:30 a.m. today and from St. Joseph's church at 10 a.m.
The remains will be interred in Calvary cemetery.
