Mrs. Nora L. Barley, seventy-eight, wife of C. W. Barley, died at 4:30 p.m. Sunday while being taken to Marion General Hospital following a heart attack.
She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Coon, pioneer Grant county residents.
Besides the husband, she is survived by four sons, Charles (Bud) Barley, Marion; Frank, Baltimore, Md.; Ted, member of the Marion police department, and Max, also of Marion; three daughters, Mrs. John Huth, Marion; Mrs. E. T. Stone, Chicago, and Mrs. Dorothy Walter, Albuquerque, N. M.; seven grandchildren; one great grandchild; one brother and five sisters.
The body was taken to 504 West Third street where friends may call Tuesday afternoon and early Wednesday. Private services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at the West Third street address. Rev. J. O. Lewis, Swayzee United Brethren Chruch, will officiate. Burial will be here.
