"Kaitlyn Margaret Cook, 3 months, of Danville, died at 12:55 p.m. Friday, Jan. 27, 1995 at USMC, Logan Campus. She was born Oct. 18, 1994, in Crawfordsville, Ind., the daughter of Robert and Dana Faulk Cook.

She is survived by her parents; maternal grandparents, Margaret and Dave Garland; maternal grandfather, Douglas Faulk; great-grandparents, Dorothy and Norman Edinger and Jesse and Zora Garland and Mathilda Faulk; great-greatgrandparents, Norman and Ethel Edinger and Lillian Smith, all of Danville; paternal grandparents, Tom and Rhonda Cook of Catlin; great-grandparents, Wes Cook and friend Elaine Bonebrake of Westville, and Clifford and Margaret Boehme of Danville; special aunts and an uncle; and several greataunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by two greatgrandparents.

Services: 10 a.m. Tuesday at Lakeside Funeral Chapel, with the Rev. Raymond Gordon officiating; Visitation: 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home; Burial: Sunset Memorial Park." - Commercial News, January 30, 1995
